I signed up for EMS a few months back and am really happy with the results. It's a fantastic facility with a very good team. Tia is my EMS trainer and she is really good. She has tailored the training program/regime according to my requirements, however, that does not stop her from pushing me to do more. I can see the results which wouldn't have been possible without her consistent efforts. nI would like to thank UCRYO and the team for helping me with my fitness goals in an excellent and a conveniently located facility in Mirdiff.

I can't recommend UCRYO enough it's amazing, so many fitness and wellness options. The best part for me is the hydrafacials and cryo T shock facials unbelievable results, with the lovely Dee she's so knowledgeable and professional. I've had many treatments on my travels but she's by far the best , I'm hooked!!!

Incredible Wellness & Fitness Center!nnI had an amazing experience at this place! The staff is super friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. The facility is clean, modern, and has everything you need for a relaxing and rejuvenating time. nI tried the Baldan infrared therapy, and it was fantastic! The session lasted 45 minutes, and you can relax and watch Netflix while you enjoy the treatment--it doesn't get better than that! I left feeling refreshed and recharged. nI highly recommend this wellness center to anyone looking for top-notch service and a great atmosphere. I'll definitely be coming back!
I've been visiting Ucryo for both cryotherapy and red light therapy, and I can't recommend this place enough! The facilities are top-notch, always clean and welcoming. The cryotherapy sessions are incredibly rejuvenating, and although it's freezing inside, the results are absolutely worth it - I feel energized and refreshed every time! The red light therapy has been amazing for my overall wellness too. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and always make me feel comfortable. Ucryo truly offers a premium health experience.
