I took physical therapy in this department of physical therapy at Medcare Hospital. They care a lot about the patient. My experience with them is very good because of their good manners and their interest in the patient. My special thanks to those who have been treating me for almost two years until now. The therapist is Sheikha Fatima. She is a very respectful and very understanding person for the patient's condition and to hear the patient says with all interest. Thank you very much.

I feel truly fortunate to have received the right treatment for my fracture and surgery under the expertise of Dr. Usama Hassan Saleh. His care, guidance, and calm assurance helped me through every step of the process, making me feel confident and supported throughout my recovery. A special thanks as well to his assistant nurse, who was incredibly kind and helpful. Her reassuring words — “If you need anything, just give me a call and I’ll help you” meant so much during that time. Her warmth and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference. I’m also deeply grateful to my physiotherapist, Dr. Kusum Moti Jham who guided my recovery after my surgery. I still remember my first session — I arrived late, and understandably, she wasn’t too pleased as it was almost the end of her shift. But the moment she saw my leg, she put aside everything and said, “Let’s start your treatment right now.” That single act made me realize she wasn’t just doing her job she was genuinely living her purpose of healing and serving humanity. When I began, my ankle was stiff, swollen, and immobile. Thanks to her care, patience, and incredible skill, I’ve regained remarkable movement, and the swelling has completely reduced. I’m deeply thankful and would highly, highly recommend her to anyone in need healing.

I have a neck disc problem, and my therapist Mr Bechoy has been absolutely amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very kind. He always takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. Thanks to his care and dedication, I feel much better and more confident in my recovery. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent and compassionate therapist.
