I was at reception today and staff were so loud, so unprofessional, you don't even feel you are in a spa; where you should feel calm and relaxed. On another hand, it's sad to see Ashwaq being moved to another branch, as we see her as one of the most dedicated customer assistants in this branch over the years. Jimi branch lost a very important member of the family. She always makes us feel welcome and is very accommodating, which I doubt will be filled easily by someone else.

It was the best beauty spas (Al Ain & Abu Dhabi branches) in the country; now it's the worst. Sadly, all the technicians/therapists suffer from burnout and lack of professionalism. Price keeps rising while quality of service declines!nnIts time to explore new spas ud83dudc4d
I always have an incredible experience at Tips and Toes Al Jimi! All the receptionists are super friendly and supportive, setting the tone for a great visit. Mechele Coloma work absolute magic on my nails - she's a true professional who never fails to make them look stunning, you can trust her with your nails and she gives great advises to how maintain your nails .Melissa gives the most amazing massage, and Khatrina is exceptional with LPG treatments. Farhana and Jannat are eyebrow experts who know exactly how to bring out your best look. The entire staff is highly skilled and professional, and the ambiance is warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this place for excellent service!
