I cannot praise this hospital enough for the exceptional care I received. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by friendly, compassionate staff who made me feel comfortable and reassured. The doctors were incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to thoroughly explain my diagnosis and treatment plan while answering all my questions with patience and empathy. The nurses especially Mrs Jilsha and George went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, checking in on me regularly and providing care with a genuine sense of kindness. The facility itself was spotless and well-organized, making me feel safe and cared for throughout my stay. My son recently had surgery at NMC Al Nahda, and I highly recommend their services and amenities (especially the new block). We received very good service from the patient registration team, throughout the nursing care provided, until my son was discharged. I particularly want to recommend Dr. Muthana Alrawi. He was exceptionally skilled in handling and performing my son's surgery and took the time to explain everything clearly to us. A special thank you also goes to Nurse Gigi for her kind assistance and care provided to my son.

It's been a blessed journey to choose NMC hospital as a prime healthcare provider for mother and child. Because of Dr. Madiha Mir, I stayed loyal to her care and services of my 1st and 2nd child. I'm so grateful that my family's decision is worth it even though I don't have medical insurance yet, as I flew from outside to Dubai just to be in the hands of my same gynecologist, Dr Madiha. I salute her because she lets me feel her true dedication and passion for her profession. nI also would like to commend also to Angeli the nurse who assisted Dr. MADIHA and the whole Team for being so cooperative and very dedicated as well to their jobs. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude and give a positive review to NMC Hospital Al Nahda Dubai. nMy deepest appreciation goes to Dr. Najmul Shah and Nurse Lindsey, and to all the doctors and nurses who attended to me during my admission on June 10, 2025. Their dedication to providing excellent care was evident, and I truly felt well-cared for. nThe housekeeping staff also deserves special mention for their consistent efforts in keeping my room impeccably clean. Furthermore, the presence of nutritionists to monitor dietary needs was a valuable addition to the care provided. nMy only concern during my visit was the registration process at the reception. Patients, many of whom are unwell, are required to stand in a long queue for registration. nI believe implementing a token numbering system and providing additional seating would significantly improve the patient experience. I sincerely hope the management will consider finding a solution for this.
