I visited Superstar Salon in Ajman last night for a haircut and had a pleasant experience. The staff was polite and welcoming, offering me coffee while I waited, which I appreciated. The haircut I received was good, though I felt it could have been a bit better. Overall, the service was solid, and the ambiance was nice.

After an unfortunate incident, they made sure to take corrective action and pampered us with their unique deep cleanse facial which I would call it super amazing ud83dudc4f I would definitely consider taking this treatment in the future and not to mention their pedicure and manicure was nothing less than perfect. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking to have a permanent salon to go to since they make sure to take good care of their clients. Too many positive comments about the saloon until i decide to try myself and i had the worst experiment i could ever had ! Their barber claimed that he understands and knew what i want to do with my hair but the result was disappointing and not even close for what i asked for and their management couldn't accept their barber fault and they pretend like nothing happen they couldn't managed anything and not professional at all. I wouldn't go to their saloon again its not like what i read in the comment be careful.
I've been getting my hair cut by Ayoub for the past two years, and he never disappoints. Always consistent, professional, and knows exactly how I like it. It's more than just a haircut, it's a comfortable experience with someone I trust. Grateful to have a skilled barber and a great friend in one!
