They take long time to see doctor, every time waiting more than hour even with appointment.

Had a very bad experience, appointment taken cancelled and rescheduled twice with Dr Sehar Akbar. nWe arrive at the clinic 15 min before the appointment . We have to leave after waiting for more than 2 hours without being able to see the doctor ... nWaste of time and frustration for my family and the administration staff.

Extremely long waiting times !!!! I have been here for more than one hour and a half and still haven't seen the doctor (Dr Roberto ). This is not the first time this happens . No respect at all for the patient time. Avoid unless no other option is available !
I am in awe with my experience today @ Sumaya Specialised Centre. When I arrived I was greeted & welcomed by Mr Hari at reception. He explained that tests would be conducted before seeing the doctor. All the staff that conducted tests on me were polite & caring. I am a very happy & satisfied patient.
