I usually don't write reviews, but my recent pleasant experience with Rivoli at the Khalidiya Mall branch has compelled me to write one. Nayana at the branch was extremely helpful and thoughtful. She identified the issue with my glasses and organised to get them repaired. Needless to say, I am a regular customer of Rivoli. I'll be using the Khalidya branch for my optical needs.
Great place to purchase sun glasses and prescription glasses. Great team and supportive.. 2nd time purchasing having same treat! Well donennIn my case, I'm doing prescription glasses + tainted. nBig thanks to Rivoli team
