I had several visits in the clinic for the past couple of months for a minor surgery. Overall, the staff's customer service has always been consistent. The appointments are handled professionally and in an organized manner from phone call, follow up reminders, and face-to-face assistance. My Doctor's nurse, Sheika, was very attentive. She assured and update me every step of the way. Lastly, Doctor Akhilesh was very patient and both of them looked to find ways on how to push through with the surgery in the most cost effective way. That was above and beyond.

I came at prime midical center at 8:20 becouse need I have a high fever and dry cough and flu last nightnFrom their receptionists so good at costomer service they greet you with smile to the nurse to the doctor laboratory the place was so clean wash room was cleannFor me it's a 5 star good costumer service
