  Amazing hospital with excellent services. Dr. Tabbal and the team were highly professional. Right from the start they eased the worry of the patient. The entire support staff including Diana, Kay cee, Sarah and others were so supportive and caring. Kudos to the kitchen, security and housekeeping team also who were always asking for the feedback.   We can't thank Dr. Sharda (Ob-GYN) enough for her incredible care throughout my wife's pregnancy and the safe delivery of our twin babies. From day one, she was supportive, reassuring, and always there to guide us with her expertise. nShe made a complex journey feel smooth, always taking the time to address our concerns and ensuring the best care for both mom and babies. Her calm and confident approach before and during delivery gave us so much peace of mind. nWe are beyond grateful for her kindness, dedication, and professionalism.   I was admitted to Al Zahra Hospital Dubai from April 19 to 22, and I am truly grateful for the excellent care I received. From the ER Team, Lab and Radiology Team, My Doctors, Dr. Jamal Kassouma (ENT), Dr. Mohammad Fawzi Katranji (Pulmunologist), resident Doctors Dr. Adham and Dr. Syeda, to the nurses, dieticians, and housekeeping staff, everyone demonstrated a high level of professionalism and compassion. The medical team conducted thorough assessments and provided outstanding pain management. I would like to specially commend my nurses Mark Oliver, Leana, Rowena De Juan Retizo, Claire, Sweiti Amor Palomar, and Sheena for their exceptional care and dedication. The hospital's cleanliness is commendable too thank you too Accuro services headed by Ms. Jennifer together with Deepika and Dessa. The dietician ensured my meals were appropriate for my condition. Patient care is clearly a top priority here in Al Zahra! Thank you so much for your dedicated service.

  I would like to sincerely thank Nurse Kristy at the emergency unit of Al Zahra Hospital for the exceptional care and support she provided to my 6-year-old son during his recent visit. nHer kindness, patience, and gentle approach made a huge difference during a stressful moment, especially while administering the IV. She took the time to explain things in a comforting way, kept him calm, and treated him with genuine compassion. It's rare to come across someone so dedicated and thoughtful in their work. nWe are deeply grateful for her professionalism and human touch -- it made all the difference for both my son and our family.
