They are very detailed with what you dont like to eat and make sure its not part of the meal plan. Prices are amazing and affordable and the best part is the food is delicious!!! Calories are as per required for your goal, flavour of the food is amazing, well cooked, great portions. I highly recommend trying Nutri.
