Thank you Shikha fathima physiotherapist after my meniscus surgery I need a very professional physiotherapist for proper recovery and one of my football mate suggested to Ms Shikha , I am very impressed with the way the problem is analysed and how personalized the exercise program is. I was recommended physiotherapy by my neurologist in medcare. I made an appointment and the physiotherapist just gave me a few exercise and a 15 mins of nerve electrodes machine treatment and they went about their work with no genuine interest. It may have been due to their busy schedule. nAfter two sessions, I started with Ms.Kusum who addressed my worries about the injury and she immediately understood my problem and put me for laser, ultra sound and electrodes along with some exercise. I soon started feeling the change and the pain in my hand started reducing. nMs. Kusum's treatment really helped me and I looked forward to my physiotherapy. Her professional behaviour and medical expertise made healing a gradual stress free process & always with a beautiful smile on her face. nNo one should have to go thru surgery or physio, but if you do, my all time recommendation would be Ms. Kusum Moti Jham at Medcare Physio & Rehab Centre. Always grateful and a big thank you to Ms. Kusum for helping me with my recovery and relieving my pain.

Must improve admin/ online booking assistancennI'm disappointed with the way my recent physiotherapy session was handled. I had originally booked a specific time and requested a change well in advance. Instead of rescheduling it properly, the appointment was mistakenly moved to a different day and time. This was particularly frustrating as my physiotherapy needs to be consistent and carefully timed for my recovery. When I raised the issue, I was told my usual physiotherapist was fully booked, and I would be assigned someone else. I expressed my concerns because it's important that the person treating me understands my injury history and the progress we've made. I was assured that the new therapist would be fully briefed and that my care wouldn't be compromised. Unfortunately, this did not happen. When I arrived, I found out that the two therapists hadn't even communicated. The equipment I normally use was also unavailable as it was not booked, which meant I had to wait and started late. During the session, the new therapist had to ask me where the pain was and what was going on--basic things that should have been communicated beforehand. It's not the replacement therapist's fault, but the lack of communication and coordination absolutely affected the quality of my session. These sessions are limited under insurance(I only have five), and they are not free--so wasting one like this is unacceptable. I expected better organization and care from the clinic.
