The Pakistani guy who was in the shop at the time was not a good person. He hike up prices and when the customers don't agree he tries to fail them in the eye test and make them fear that they will not be able to get the driving license. I went to another shop and they said my vision is sufficient for obtaining uae driving license. I dont recommend anyone to visit this shop especially when this bearded guy is around. There are many other trust worthy and friendlier places elsewhere. This incident could be due to the person who was in charge at the time but the management should know that their staff's attitude makes an impact on overall business. A very disappointing experience. Be careful when you visit this place and watch out for this guy.

My experience is all the stars, I wish if I could give them more than 5 stars. The service is exceptional and the prices are affordable, I got my glasses there and returned with my entire family to have their glasses replaced there. I have dealt with Stephin and she is awesome, she really knows how to garner new business and to maintain the customer service. I must say all the staff are performing at exceptional level.
