I had a terrible experience on 4th Feb 24, around, 10:30 pm, at the store. The lady at the counter lacked courtesy when I tried to redeem my voucher. She seemed hesitant to show me the items covered by the voucher, and when I finally chose one, she asked to pay some additional payment , when I asked I am redeeming my voucher, without proper explanation. Instead of clarifying politely, she spoke condescendingly, She responded very rudely, even going as far as questioning if it was my first time at the store, making me feel insulted, I won't return to that store. However, I must commend other Life Pharmacy employees for their courteousness and respect towards customers, which should be the standard expectation.
My recent pharmacy visit was extremely disappointing. The medication took three days to arrive, requiring multiple follow-ups. To make matters worse, the packaging did not include consumption guidelines, making the medicines ineffective.
