I recently visited Health hub Karama clinic for the flu vaccine for my 15 months old daughter and had a very comfortable experience with Dr Chaula Sangani. I also visit Dr Chaula for all other paediatric care and I must say she is very gentle and amazing doctor.

Our visit to this clinic was one of the worst we've ever had. The customer service was awful, with zero communication or updates. We ended up waiting for nearly an hour to see the doctor, and during that entire time, no one approached us to explain the delay or offer any updates. We understand that delays or emergencies can happen, but at the very least, someone should have informed us. nWhen we were finally called to the room, we had to wait even longer because the doctor was busy talking to a colleague. To make matters worse, the consultation itself didn't even last five minutes. We felt completely ignored, and a lot of our time was wasted. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
I would like to express my utmost satisfaction and gratitude for the excellent service provided at your Karama branch of HealthHub Clinic & Pharmacy. From the doctors to all the staff, I highly recommend this branch. They are exceptionally nice and professional, especially Ms. Kristel, who is incredibly attentive and proactive. She excels in her role and truly stands out in her dedication. A heartfelt salute to the entire team for their outstanding work. Keep up the excellent service!
