I had TMJ surgery yesterday with Dr. Luis Gavin and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the procedure itself, Dr. Gavin was consistently direct and clear. The surgery went smoothly, and I’m already seeing positive results with the ability to talk and eat normally less than 24 hours later. I can also open my mouth wider with no cracking or popping in my jaw. The procedure took approx 2 hours total for both sides of my jaw. I was referred to Dr Luis Gavin by my dentist for TMJ. My MRI showed damage to both sides of my jaw with bone fragments present. They both can't do enough for you and help with every query through the whole process. The aftercare already has been incredible with messages being sent every few hours to make sure I am recovering well. Can't wait for the final results in a few weeks and to finally not be in pain anymore.
