This was my first time at conceive clinic in JLT. I always visit the one in Sharjah. I had an equally amazing visit like the ones in Sharjah. It was a nice and very hygienic setup, with a very friendly staff. Everything was managed perfectly and all my records were already transferred there and I didn't face any hassle while making the appointment.

I have only good words to say about this clinic, Dr. Pankaj, Dr. Gilbert and the wonderful staff, Alex, Sonia and Diana. I had the best medical approach ever, given my age, to come out of it with a son, now trying for another one. For everyone selecting a clinic or trying to go for the experience the first time, you will be in highly professional hands even if what you hear from the doctors is not always pleasant and the required procedures are not the cheapest option. As a mother who has been through multiple IVF cycles to get there, just act on it and leave it to God and Conceive specialists.

The front desk lady is superb, she is jovial and so welcoming, she really understand her work well. The hospitality in general at JLT from the doctor to the nurses is on another level, they are very composed and professional. May God bless doctor Pankaj and the team. Today I have done egg retrieval and I am really hoping for good news tomorrow. Even if ithe results dont turn out positive (so nervous and hands crossed for this) i will still remain happy client to this amazing facility. By the way, this treatment is stressful, time consuming and financially draining as well it needs a good understanding and love, and that's what Jlt provides. I recommend Jlt anytime.

Mr Pankaj is an absolute arrogant and rude Doctor. He does not know how to speak with patients/clients. Complete disregard and extremely inpatient. He was talking to us with food in his mouth!!! Literally, it was a joke- never been to a private clinic with such low customer service. He interrupts you before you can even complete what you were saying. Will never be going back again. I regret even paying for the first consultation appointment! waste of money and time.!
I give GLORY TO GOD because he used JLT DUBAI design to glorify his name in my life. My story began when my husband made an appointment with Dr. GILBERT obstetrician at conceive JLT DUBAI and Great was my surprise to see such availability and helpfulness in Dubai when during the first appointment via a telephone call between Dubai and Abidjan, Dr. Gilbert reassured me that he would take care to follow up with me while trying the natural method. this attitude gave me proof of the seriousness of this man and of this hospital structure. After trying to have a child for 10 years of marriage in several hospitals and clinics in different countries around the world ud83cudf0d through several trips. Great was my satisfaction when after only one month of scrupulous monitoring I became pregnant. What made me even more amazed was that Doctor GILBERT recommended another doctor with whom I followed up from the pregnancy until the birth of my wonderful little girl, my flower of love. and all that in a NATURAL way.
