Dr.Abdulla’s Clinic & Pharmacy

Really disappointed. It's my first time consulting here because I need a medical certificate for my job. I went here yesterday, January 28, 2025, around 7:30 pm. The staff told me I would receive my Med. Cert. today (January 29). I messaged and called them earlier; they told me that I will receive my med. cert before 9 pm. So, I have no choice but to wait. After an hour, I called them again because it was 9:30 pm, and I still hadn't received my medical certificate, and the staff answered my call without apologizing and said they would send it, and she immediately hung up my call. Very rude!! They can't talk properly. I will understand if there's a lot of patients, but there's no patient at this time. And the clinic will close at 10 pm. The girl in front desk, cannot handle the situation and can't communicate well and no pleasing personality.

I had a root canal that was done wrongly when i was pregnant.The doctor told me to come back after delivery.The discomfort and pain was too much and by the time i sought opinion from several dentists,the tooth had to be extracted

I had a very disappointing experience at this dental clinic. The receptionist provided misleading information about charges, claiming consultations were free. Even they are doing social media promotions suggesting summer promotions . When I went in for a tooth extraction, I was unexpectedly charged for the consultation. To make matters worse, the doctor quoted 400 AED for a simple extraction. I ended up going to a nearby clinic where the same procedure cost only 250 AED. This clinic seems overly focused on making money rather than providing honest and affordable services. Payment is CASH only. If there were an option for zero stars, I would choose it.

Dr. Abdulla’s clinic is undoubtedly the best clinic near Al Qusais. The staff is friendly, the facilities are top-notch, and the range of services, from routine check-ups to specialized treatments, is impressive. I always feel well taken care of here.
