iv been doing my glasses with them since 10 years now and they never disappoint as price wise and fixing my glasses with power also they have really good frames, every time i try somewhere else i regret and go back to this shop

Not Even a single star, they deserved. I went for a regular eye checkup. A lady asked me, did you came for RTA Test? I said I came for Normal Check up. Then she took my EID. At the end they said you have to pay for RTA Fee also. I said I didn't asked for RTA TEST. They were saying no, you asked for RTA. I said how come. Simply they cheated. I paid AED 240/-. 100 for Regular test, lens and 140 for RTA Test. Very Disappointed with the services. They don't know how to greet a customer. They just focus on what they want (Money). Now I lost 140 AED with no benefit. When I asked about the return, they said we can't do that. They were not accepting their mistakes, Even they were telling me, sir, as per your requirement we did RTA Test. At least they should accept their mistake but no. nLens quality is appreciated but behavior not at any cost. nVERY DISAPPOINTED AND I'LL NEVER SUGGEST THIS OPTICAL TO ANYONE!!!!nnBE AWARE!!!

very good glass shop.....I made my glasses here and it was good experience....
Very good place! I loved the frame collection. Staff were very helpful and hospitable. Found a really good pair and was very satisfied with the service. I would recommend to anyone.
