It has been a great experience, I have been working out with Coach Pratap and very happy with the sessions and the results. I lost approx. 5kg through the 1 month package, even though I messed up for a week from my end. Coach Pratap is very professional, cheerful, flexible and very motivating. Extra bonus other than the weight loss, my back pain is now gone. Thank you Coach Pratap ud83dude4f 😊

I LOST 10 KGS in more than a month, with the right direction and utmost faith in BODY TIME. nCurrently, I am getting trained from AHMAD and he is absolutely passionate about EMS. He will make you do the hardcore workouts with immense motivation and a fun approach. He will befriend you effortlessly and will do his best to help reach your results. Highly recommended if you want to progress your limits with all the proper care. nI have had the pleasure of speaking with various experts in their team and I was blessed with the best of them. The service from the reception to every part of the process is so hospitable. One of the most beautiful spaces to workout in and the company is really progressive with their vision. All the experts are very positive and friendly always. nI wanted to try out a few experts previously to see with whom my targets and chemistry align. Working with Hassan is effective as well and very technical and I would even recommend him to any new customers. Candy was fun and very inviting to workout with the EMS as I trained from her initially.

I have a very bad experience with Body time. When i bought membership in November ,i bought it for jlt location. Suddenly when i wanted to book the next class (not even in advance) i was told that they moved to business bay location... Btw i work full day and evening i spend with 15 m o baby (that is why i bought membership to the jlt location that is 15 min walking from my apartment, i have no time at all to go to business bay!). This is very unfair to the client, and when i sent email with the complaint and asking for refund(i only took 3 classes from 8 that i paid for before they moved) the manager replied that they don't have refund policy... So i am very disappointed in their service.
I am thoroughly enjoying this unique training experience with my coach, Favour in the business bay branch. She is truly exceptional--friendly, professional, and incredibly motivating. Her approach pushes you to your limits, inspiring you to become the best version of yourself. I couldn't be happier with the sessions, and EMS is proving to be enjoyable because of her. Try our EMS for Strength building and toning,nnThat said, I do miss the cryo sessions--those were the perfect finish!
