I was searching all of Dubai for a good dentist.. and I did not find anyone until I met my doctor.. he is smart and talented, he knows what suits you the best and do not complicate things, and he is easy going also. I visited this dentist office so they could replace my fixed retainer that was seven years old. My retainer had to be reattached four times, requiring four separate visits. nLater, when I had to visit another practice to have the job redone, I learned that the price was significantly higher than the going rate. nI was treated horribly by Dr. Bachir, and he refused to offer me a refund. I was pregnant at the time and he actually yelled at me and claimed it was my responsibility for the retainer breaking. His receptionist was also extremely rude and brought me to tears. nIn the nine years I've spent in the UAE, it was one of the worst experiences I've had at any practice. nI also made an attempt to file a formal complaint with the authorities, but this proved challenging to follow up on. nA horrible experience and clearly money is more important than work standards or the customer.
