I had a disappointing experience with the billing and customer emergency department reception service teams, despite the excellent care provided by the doctors at the hospital. I strongly recommend reconsidering the reception and customer service staff to improve the overall patient experience.

One of the best hospitals in Dubai. I also underwent a very successful neurosurgery a few days ago under the guidance of experienced doctors and kind staff. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the staff including Neurologist Dr. Vinaya Kumar.

I have visited this hospital 2days back for a minor surgery. I am really satisfied with the service and care I received till the end. I would really want to thank the surgeon and the each person in the nursing team of the Emergency department, Operation theatre and ICU-General ward for helping me alot during the surgery and the after care treatment. I would definitely recommend this hospital to my friends for any future needs. God bless!!!!
Not recommended to families. Not an organized setup .Even a clinic service is far better than this. We were served with 2 female staff nurses and their nature and behavior is very bad . Only positive i found there is the behavior from doctor and cashier.
