I visited the clinic for severe foot pain and was advised to do blood tests and return next day. The lab results were not emailed as promised, and I waited over an hour for my follow-up while others were seen first. Due to the delay and pain, I sought care elsewhere. The lab registration was also very slow. While the overall experience needs improvement.
