I've been visiting Zulekha Hospital since old building, i like the expertise and how affordable their services overall. However, one if the major problems is the long time processes, the administration should review the processes and put more manpower to streamline the services, because the time i spend waiting in the queues can be for sure shortened. Other than that the cleanness of the facilities is amazing, and the staff are super polite and professional.

While the hospital has its merits, I have faced several frustrating issues that need attention. nDuring a recent visit, I was very sick and asked to see a doctor urgently. The reception staff directed me to the emergency department, which was empty, yet they seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than assisting me. This lack of attention is concerning, especially when patients are in distress. nI also encountered problems with medication availability. On multiple occasions, I was sent back and forth between the doctor and the pharmacy because prescribed medications were out of stock. This not only wasted time but added to my discomfort during my visits. nAdditionally, dealing with insurance approvals for necessary tests has been a hassle. Instead of getting direct help, I was told to check with various departments myself, which prolonged my wait and made the experience even more exhausting. nOverall, I believe there needs to be better communication and cooperation among staff members to improve patient care. I hope management takes these concerns seriously to enhance the experience for future patients.
