Took appointment and came early yet waiting of over 1-1.5 hrs. Please come if you have the patience to wait and preferable with a book or some podcast to keep you sane. Seen people complaining at the reception asking for their time. Very poor management. 1 receptionist and they told us dr was free before coming here and had come here accordingly. Unbelievably bad setup for gynaecology.

Exceptional Care at Zulekha Pediatric Intensive CarenOur recent experience at the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Zulekha hospital Dubai was nothing short of exceptional. My daughter was transferred from another hospital with influenza and severe pneumonia. From the moment my daughter was admitted, we were met with a team of highly skilled and compassionate professionals who provided the best in class care. We are deeply grateful to the entire staff, for their outstanding care, dedication and professionalism. Their efforts made a challenging 15 days stay more bearable, and we cannot thank them enough for their kindness and expertise. I highly recommend Zolekha for any pediatric critical care needs. Special thanks to Dr Pradip and nurses, they were incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and always available to answer our questions. Despite the critical case of my daughter, they monitored her condition closely, explaining every step of the treatment plan with patience and clarity. Their expertise and genuine kindness reassured us and gave us confidence in the care our child was receiving.
I had a very good experience with Dr. REEM ELALOUL. She has been very kind through out the journey and was always readily available for any support through WhatsApp. She actively helped with queries from my insurance. She kept reaching out to my wife to make sure she is fine. nI definitely recommend her all maternity related concerns.
