My wife delivered our baby last week in this hospital and it was a good experience. In our stay of 3 nights roughly, I could see the hospital staff did a great job. Congratulations to the owner for doing a fantastic work . Me and my wife were thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the place.

I Appreciate all the efforts done the all the staff to make the treatment journey easier for all the patients as well as patient's families. I have only one observation, I think it hey should increase the number of patients he admission staff, waiting time for patients and their families sometimes is more than 30 minutes, also seating areas at the admission department can be increased, and in all hospital departments we can find q system but not in admission. Other than that everything is excellent.

Their services are fine but their system is incredibly slow and communication is the worst. They messed up the code for my tests 3 times. Later it wasn't approved by insurance (of course) and they started calling me a few days later to come and pay now. I informed them, I cannot come now, it is weekdays, we will visit over weekend and pay. They then stared calling every minute to me and my husband to come now. When we said to send us online link, we will pay in the afternoon. The calls kept coming to me saying u201ctell your husband to pay nowu201d and to my husband as well. nWhat is this absolute nonsense kind of communication. nThey really need to work on that. I am considering switching my treatment to another hospital. I have no energy for this nonsense.
I am seeing Dr. Romelie for a long time.She has a very good attitude towards the patients and listens actively for their worries and concerns. She has been my doctor for a long time now and I am happy with her treatment and guidance. I would recommend her if anyone is looking for a good doctor. nThe customer service also has been fine with me until now. It's very easy to get appointments.
