I saw Zain for my hip pain, he was so polite and welcoming when I went to see him. He explained everything incredibly well and gave me a better understanding of why I was in pain. He then taught me some really basic exercises that would help me reduce the pain in the studios on site with videos to remind me when I go home. Since seeing Zain my movement feels a lot better and the pain in my hip has gone. I’d recommend him to anyone.

I love how Zainali tailors my recovery to my sport and ensures he looks at every detail of the game from jumping to head the ball to changing direction quickly.nnHe also created a football performance and preventions programme working on my feet strength, stability and movement. Zain is an outstanding practitioner. I was referred by a friend after my GP diagnosed sciatica and sent me away to look up exercises on line. It took a few sessions of in depth analysis but Zain was determined to get to the root of my problem - and he did. With the simple set of exercises Zain gave me (a video version of him doing them so very easy to follow) I stayed pain free for over two years. When there was a hint of the pain recurring, one visit to Zain was sufficient to “fix” me.nI can’t recommend him highly enough. Within minutes of meeting him, you know you are in very safe - and brilliant - hands.
