  An exceptional venue for cultural events! The theater boasts stunning architecture and top-notch acoustics. Diverse programming covers everything from traditional performances to contemporary shows. Comfortable seating and excellent visibility from all angles. The staff is friendly and helpful. The lobby's art gallery and cafe add to the overall experience. Perfect for both seasoned culture enthusiasts and newcomers. Minor parking issues during peak times, but the fantastic performances make it worthwhile. A true cultural gem in our community!

  I contacted Zabeel Ladies Club recently with the intention of becoming a member. The facilities and atmosphere seemed very promising, and I was excited to join a women-only space that promotes health and wellness. nHowever, I was surprised to learn about the swimwear policy, which requires women to wear stretch shorts over their swimsuits, even in the female-only pool area. I understand and respect cultural guidelines, but this rule felt unnecessarily restrictive. nFrom a hygiene and comfort standpoint, wearing extra tight layers over swimwear in chlorinated water can lead to skin irritation, trapped moisture, and an increased risk of fungal or bacterial infections. These layers are not designed for swimming and can affect both comfort and mobility in the water. nI was advised to wear long swimsuits instead, but such styles are not comfortable or practical for everyone. In a private, secure women-only environment, I believe women should have the choice to wear appropriate swimwear that respects modesty while also prioritizing hygiene and ease of movement. nI truly hope the club will consider revisiting this policy. It could help make the space more welcoming and accessible for a wider range of women.

  ZLC is a fantastic fitness center for women who value privacy and luxury. I've been a loyal member for 5 years and have always appreciated the coaches, facilities, and overall experience. However, this review concerns a disappointing interaction with the current Head of Operations. nIn Dec 2023, I purchased a 1-year membership with a National Day offer--15 months total with added perks like massages and training sessions. In Ramadan 2025, I contacted ZLC to freeze my membership (as I did in 2024), and the reception confirmed it was done. My plan was to use my remaining benefits after Eid. ZLC is very understanding and respectful towards the religious value of Ramadan and allows for free freezing. At least that is what I was told from the beginning. nPost-Ramadan, I discovered my membership hadn't been frozen at all, despite confirmation. I was told my benefits had expired and couldn't be reinstated--even if I paid for the freeze retroactively. nWhen I escalated the issue, I faced 45+ minutes of rigid policy explanations and refusal to acknowledge the service failure. I even suggested a compromise--don't extend the membership, just transfer the unused benefits to my next package with a limited one-month validity. She refused. I offered to pay for the freeze--still a u201cno,u201d because then I'd be getting 1,500 AED worth of services by just paying 200 AED, which she found unacceptable. nWhat shocked me most was her demeanor: dismissive, uninterested, and outright condescending. She interrupted me constantly, refused to listen, and when I requested a written apology, she and her team member exchanged mocking smiles. nThis kind of behavior is not what one expects from a place that was once known for exceptional service. nIn closing, I still recommend ZLC for its facilities, coaches, and classes. But I strongly caution others: avoid dealing with the current Head of Operations, and don't expect support or flexibility from her team. As with any organization, leadership sets the tone--and unfortunately, the values she reflects are far from customer-focused. nUpdate:nUpon reaching out on the mobile number I was told that the matter remains resolved as I have already spoken to the operations manager and nothing further can be done. nThe following comment seemed very promising, however, no help was offered. nI have learnt my lesson, going forward I won't rely on verbal communication. Hope then no such issues will ever arise. I still love the place very much due to many other reasons, therefore, won't carry on with any hard feelings.

  Very green and nice place, lots of activities especially during cooler season when you can use the garden, running track and other outdoor things. Good choice of group classes. The reception lady was very helpful and showed me around. The only thing I lacked was a water dispenser to refill my sport bottle, however they do have some free refreshment drinks like water with cucumbers, which is really cool. Please note you need to have a burkini and swimming cap to attend pool, jacuzzi and sauna.

  Lovely gym with lots of facilities like pool, spa, saloon and outdoor park. The swimming pool is good but sometimes the heater doesnt work and the water is cold. There are lots of classes some of them should be paid. Booking should be done ahead for the classes. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. I would give them 5 stars if they had more classes for every hour and healthy place to eat or drink after the workout.
