You can spend here hours just because of payment systems. Before visit a doctor - queue to pay, then wait for payment to shown in the system. Doctor sent to do blood test same day- again first go and queue at the counter to pay. Then wait for payment shown in the system, sitting in the laboratory. Why not just organize the patient pass all the doctors and tests and then proceed to pay?? You have our emirates id, for sure I don't run away without payment after all the procedures.
