THIS PLACE IS APPALLING. Toilet is super dirty on the first floor. THE massage girl is rude, unprofessional and impolite way of talking. SHE kept talking in poor English and did nothing just waste my time. HIGHLY charged for 30min bath+30min massage. AND they try to isolate me in the bath for nearly 45min and told me no time for massage. THE girl got time management wrong and refused to apologize, and even refused to do the massage as she said one hour is up due to long time in bath. SUPER joke as no one ever told me the time! AND you expect your guest to count time on his own while in the misty bath alone?? SERVICE be done ONLY after negotiation with front desk manager. Absurd experience ever. Bath rub is painful and massage is no better than casual. Disposable wear is in poor quality. WONDER how this is called a place for chilling and refreshment. IT'S hideous and cheating for money. UTTERLY dreadful travel experience ever and a complete waste of money. YOU ruined my impression on the entire city. P.S. To that massage girl: When you don't speak English well THAT IS OK, but stop jabbering nonsense and do your job is the right way. Be practical and respect yourself.

The massage did not meet my expectations. Additionally, the Moroccan bath was disappointing, with cold and weak water that made it feel like a regular shower rather than a relaxing experience. Overall, it was a waste of both money and time.

Yesterday was the first time I visited the spa. It was a very wonderful experience with a girl called Maryam. Her treatment was very wonderful and the Moroccan bath was very beautiful. I enjoyed the experience. I will come back next time.
I listened a lot when I visited this health spa. An Egyptian girl named Dina gave me a relaxing massage. She really made me sleep from the pleasure of the massage. She also did a Moroccan bath for me and made me feel like my body was breathing and put me in the steam. Her treatment was all respect, taste and seriousness. The place is relaxing for the nerves and the treatment of the entire line-up is excellent and close. I will repeat this experience again and recommend it to everyone
