I recently had a fantastic experience at YDL. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were polite and courteous, making me feel welcomed. The facility was impressively clean, which added to my comfort. My phlebotomist was not only fast but also accurate, ensuring the process was smooth and painless. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend this lab to anyone in need of their services!

I've been exploring different laboratories, and I must say, this one is my favorite by far. Dealing with Hanna at the reception is always a pleasure. She is a star: consistently friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the various tests and preparation advice, if needed. The rest of the team is also great, making the collection process painless, and the premises are kept clean and tidy. Highly recommended!

The laboratory located inside Indigo Tower on the 5th floor (commercial part of the building) in JLT, cluster D.nToday I visited the laboratory to do several blood tests. The process was very smooth, the staff were accurate and polite, no need to book an appointment, you can come as walk in.nSince they do majorly of the test on the same place - I got the results very fast . For example the waiting time for the result is 1 day , and I got result already same day after 6-7 hours !nAnd laboratory is not crowded at all , since mostly their clients are private clinics in Dubai who collect the tests and sending samples to this laboratory.nSo go direct to them and you will save money and time definitely.
