Just visited now on 30/06/2024 to take eye test from your brach here in 1st and 2nd both refused us :1st for busy there 2nd for printer problem . Very bad dealing . Sorry to say you that we are sending our customers continuous to you daily as we are owners of a famous typing center in Abu dhabi but from now we compelled to stop that.

Worst customer service and treatment ever, they told us only 2 days to get the glasses and then after payment said it's 7 days, will never deal with Yateem again

I am visiting Abu Dhabi for work. I managed to break my glasses and I can't work without!nI went to Delma mall with hope to find quick solution and my first attempt in one of optician outlet didn't go well. nLuckily I didn't gave up and decided to visit Yateem optician! Nighitha was very helpful and keen to find me solution!nAmazingly offered me a very nice frame that could use the same lenses! I ended up with new glasses in 45 min!nAll the team was very helpful and supportive and made me a very happy customer. Very well done!nReally impressive team and drive to help..
