Pathetic service and inappropriate behaviour of staff . They are so rude and so mechanical like a robot, dont know how to talk and treat patients. Doctors are super lazy and looking into computers only. Dont bother to listen you properly. look busy do nothing scene. Their management and insurance claim rules are so bad . Always have a bad experience, first they tell you go to doctor and after that they apply for insurance claim which is completely wrong practice. They tell you , ok go to doctor and later they ask cash for GP fees or wait for the approval. In case approval doesn't come for 2 hours , you only keep waiting there and its just a waste of time. Even the staff dont make an attempt to get the insurance approval. actually they cant even talk to insurance companies properly. It happened to me for blood test and X ray , they applied and got the rejection and asking to pay full amount for X ray and test. And the same test I went to Aster clinic and immediately I got the approval and saved 350 aed hardcore money , because their doctors and staff present your case properly to insurance company for approval. It's a clinic and medical staff who knows how to get the approval fast and present your problem / case considering your policy in mind . They really need to train their staff to get the insurance approval and learn how to talk , else they will loose the customers. Now , the same copy paste response they will paste below . Learn how to smile and talk politely to patient is the only way to increase business and customer service! Thanks I hope this message will help the Receptionist, staff and doctors to increase the service level at clinic.
I've visited numerous clinics in the past, but I didn't feel good about any of them. However, my experience at Xiehe Medical Center was outstanding. I consulted with a general doctor here and felt genuinely cared for. The staff was professional, and the service was top-notch. Additionally, all of my tests were covered by insurance, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this medical center!
