I went there few days ago for Medical Fitness Certificate. Actually, i am joining a new company and company referred this hospital. i paid own my bill but medical centre not given me any copy of certificate they sent to direct my company, I asked to hospital staff for given me a copy copy of certificate or just send email but they don't given me, that's i don't like , because i paid my own bill, so they should have to given copy of certificate.
I went there and it was a very bad experience. There are four counters there and only two of them work, so it takes a lot of time. Also, the people don't care and spend more time.
the most worst experience i’ve ever had. they took 30 minutes to check the insurance and they said page is not opening.. then we called to the insurance company and agent talked to them then they confirmed that i have my coverage to this medical center then the receptionist sandra agreed with the agent. but end of the conversation they got another 15 minutes to check and then she said without loading the insurance page she can’t let us go to the doctor even though i have my coverage.
