Had a session with Matt today after my back locked up and left me in a fair bit of discomfort. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced--took the time to listen and pinpoint what was going on. After the treatment, I felt immediate relief and a big improvement in movement. You can tell Matt really cares about helping people feel better. Highly recommend if you're struggling with pain or mobility issues!

From the moment I called, the team have been brilliant with fixing my neck and back issues. I had to swap practitioners through my treatment to work with my insurance, but both Alex and Matt were brilliant with their assessments and treatments, along with future exercises to keep issues at bay. Really friendly and local team who I'd happily use again.
After having lower back issues for the last 6 months, it was time to get help. I was recommended Matt by a friend, who said he'd had similar issues and now is back to normal. Matt is extremely friendly and professional, taking time to understand my specific issues and understand the bigger picture on my past history. Matt is very hands on, which means you know the issue area is being worked on properly. After 3-4 sessions, I am now pain free and back in a good place with my lower back. He has worked some serious magic. I can't recommend him highly enough, and won't hesitate to book another appointment if I get any further problems.
