I have been treating my child here for more than 6 months, the therapist is very good with my child but the one responsible for appointment is not professional. Starting from when I had been here for a long time, I would call for a long time to get someone to answer the phone, sometimes I had to called many times. And when my son started kindergarten, I couldn't send him to this center as often as before, so the attention wasn't the same as before. Calling to make an appointment is extremely difficult and many times I make an appointment and even texted by whatsapp .I'm so busy that I can't remember all my child's schedules, but when I texted them to ask for his schedule because my home is far about 20 minutes I can’tgo there just for booking an appointment ,no one responded. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I may be Asian but my son is Emirati so they don't really need it?
Such a great place for kids with speech delay , all of the practitioners are kind and know what they’re doing, highly recommend.
Dr Rami one of the best Dr in Wldi he is so professional in diagnose and treatment I recommend him for any parents looking for a good dr for their child
We started a month ago with my son and I noticed that he try’s to speak instead of just making sounds or pointing to things when he wants something, as well as his focus got better.
I didn’t complete one month but i see nice team helpful alotnHopefully will see the results soon for my two kids
