I attended a women's circle, led by Dr Khadeja. I found the session to be w good use of my time with a very kind/ open group of diverse women. Dr K was great at facilitating and sharing and creating a safe and trusting environment. I would definitely attend another initiative set up by this team.

Attended the Thursday Topic sessions and absolutely recommend it to anyone exploring conversations about mental wellness in a safe space. Ms. Imane leads and moderates the sessions to ensure everyone feels heard. This is an important resource and I look forward to the online meetups in the future InshaAllah.

The staff are fantastic. It is a relaxing and supportive environment where they truly understand what you are going through. I highly recommend Wise Mind. They even offer a short initial conversation on the phone to talk about what's going on in your life and what they offer. This was a great personal touch and motivated me to book my first session.

Wisemind has been a safe haven. I loved attending the free circles during the pandemic and in a time of uncertainty it really kept me grounded and sane. My therapist Resha is amazing and under her care I have grown so much as a person. I understand that post pandemic a lot of businesses are not doing as well and our therapists absolutely need to be well compensated for their time and effort in maintaining and untangling our sticky mental health. I would love to see more consumer-centric packages for clients. With the cost of living, all prices have gone up, and its adding to financial stress on everyone. Maybe with the price hike, clients should get an extra 20 minutes or a free session added on. Just something to consider.
