I had a wonderful experience in this clinic. I'm a patient of Dra. Hana Al Geilani. I have followed her in this clinic from her previous workplace. It just feels good to meet her once again. The clinic was pristinely clean and the amazing staff will welcome you respectfully. Waited for a bit longer than expected since Dra. Hana is always fully booked with many patients. It didn't really matter if you're not in a rush. nI highly recommend this clinic for both Psychiatry and Cardiology medical matters as the Doctors here are extremely knowledgeable experts and highly professional in their craft. nThank you, Dra. Hana for always taking care of all my medical matters whenever I see you. This review is for the management of the clinic and not the therapists. The therapists are great!nnThe clinic tells you if we are late they will charge us however when we come into the clinic on time they keep us waiting for a while before we can see the therapist. In this scenario the client should be able to charge the clinic for not sticking to the scheduled appointment timing.

Dr. Hana Al Geilani is extremely diligent and helpful. She invests time to learn the full history of her patients, instead of rushing through just to fill the appointment slot. Considerate of her patient's comfort level instead of forcing her treatment plan on them. Genuinely concerned about her patients and very accommodating. One of the best medical professionals that I have crossed paths with.
I would never hesitate to recommend the Windsor clinic to anyone. The receptionists, nurses and doctors are all so professional and warm. I have had nothing but positive experiences here, all of the staff take the best care of you. The receptionists are always smiling and welcoming also. The communication with appointments is fantastic. Thank you to all at Windsor clinic, if you are thinking of coming here l promise you will not regret it!
