I'm extremely happy with the service I've received. The team is professional, punctual, and incredibly patient with all customers. My son has been using hearing aids for 17 years, but he has never had them adjusted with such care and expertise. I'm very satisfied and grateful for their excellent service.

It was my first time to use a Hearing Aid and of course was not planning to. I have tried few other brands before I end up with Widex Dubai and they finally managed to convince me to buy it as it really made a diffrance when I tried it. Comparing to other brands, the sound was excellent and very natural. Thanks to Priya, she was very professional in absorbing all my inquires and configuring my hearing aid properly to support my exact medical needs!!!

Very unprofessional company, I have made an appointment with them on Friday at 11:00. I arrive a few minutes in advance and I wait outside their locked door for +15 mins. Nobody answers the door, phone numbers or WhatsApp. I should have trusted the reviews. nEdit:nI checked my phone records, I arrived at 10:50 and left at 11:12 so it was not u201c5 mins lateu201d. The call I received at 11:29, which is probably when they finally arrived and saw the missed calls, attempted to say they were there at 11:07 but u201cwent downstairs to quickly get somethingu201d which is not true. Now again you say it was 5 mins delay but this time it is u201cdue to trafficu201d which is another lie. This just shows the level of professionalism and integrity at this company and how you value customers. nI did receive a call back from another department member that I had reached out to, and the gentleman did apologize. In fact he was the only one who owned up to this mess and did not make any ridiculous excuses.
My mom is very satisfied with her new hearing aid. There was a bit of delay since stock was not available but Dr. Priya was helpful always to keep us updated.
