Very cumbersome to reach to your desired address in this location. Unnecessary twist and turns.

900 + Town House. The Nakheel one of best properties to live in . Very spacious well designed . Good car parking space . Super club house. Garden . Your personal small garden in backyard.

Pros: Affordable Villas, close to SupermarketnCons:nCommunity Gym and Pool are not part of the lease, it is extra and may cost you a lot. International city is mainly a large labor camp. The compound is becoming more and more for Bachelors and sharing and less for families,nPeople parking their cars randomly anywhere with no respect to private space,nPeople driving dangerously inside the compound. very low consciousness and low responsibility attitude. Occupied mostly by the dragon Mart's workers. Villas badly maintained, and often major maintenance would be required to solve the issue. AC system is split system with high power consumption, however often advertised by the real estate agents as chiller free, be cautious!!!. Last but not least, don't be fooled by the price. it may not be interesting for family life.
Well maintained society. Cleanliness on its peak. Supermarket , Grocery , Park are on walking distance.Very calm & secure environment. Just drive carefully on the road because usually kids playing or cycling on the road.
