The administration staff are wonderfully aware they are dealing with very fragile people and are kind, compassionate and efficient which also helps with the whole experience at Vivamus. In my experience, medication can help but finding a safe space where you can be totally honest and be taught by professionals how to change the way you view situations has been key for me. It's not always easy to reach out and admit you need help but I cannot stress enough how worth it it is to make the first step. I cannot recommend and thank Vivamus and the team enough!";.

Jackie delivered an amazing session on self-care/avoiding burnout for counsellors and teachers which was super helpful and engaging too. We definitely took our masks off for this :)

A very useful and insightful talk about considering the traumatic experiences of children as educators. The session provided a lot of take-aways to apply within the classroom and the little things we do to help/hinder the progress of children who have had adverse experiences. So helpful, thank you!
