Staff were very clued up and knew exactly who I was from the second time I visited and attended to my needs and requirements. They were very helpful without being pushy and trying to sell me things I didn't need. I appreciated that approach from them.

As a first time contact lens & glasses wearer, the staff especially Rana & Fawzi went out of the way to answer all questions so that I & them are on the same page & understanding. Rana taught me to put and remove the contacts, her patience & perseverance is admirable. They kindly gave me some free trial lenses to try to ensure I am truly comfortable before I purchase. The spectacles came back perfect and I am very happy with the choice I have made with their help. Their after sales service is excellent.
