I am afraid this place is not for me for the main 3 reasons:nn1. Lucking professionalism - no response to my enquiries from the team, no clear explanation on what can be done and can't (i.e. treatment plan, suggestions, combinations of procedures). The consultation was a joke. My consultation lasted exactly 4 minutes when they booked me for 30 min and I was charged AED 300 +5% VAT. What a waste of time and money. n2. No clear indication on price - for example, I have been told for Botox you will pay AED 1,200 VAT and fillers AED 1,300 VAT, u00a0but is that for one area, two or fillers 1ml or u00a00.5 ml... who knows! It's a mystery... n3. Mistrust approach - offer a free treatment to get a 5-star review from the clients. u00a0So how do Iu00a0trust they are real?nnSuggestions:n1. Offer free consultation and make an effort with youru00a0clients and their needsu00a0asu00a0they came there for a reason. 2. Put a proper price list so people know what to expect to pay and don't create prices out of your mind. 3. Update your website - it's useless. 4. Change your marketing approach and do not bribe your clients with free treatments to get a nice review. nAll the best!

This place isn't what it used to be. Earlier the PRP hair was done using derma pen. Now that is replaced with injection. The staff was busy talking during the procedure not covering the the entire area and simply massaging rather than injecting where it is required. Truly disappointing.

In my opinion and experience, The best place in Abu Dhabi for laser treatment with very minimum pain - I highly recommend ! Prices are reasonable compared to the level of care and professionalism of the nurses.
I went for the hydro cool facial it was absolutely amazing! The staff are true professionals. What I loved also was that you can use tabby and it makes it convenient to purchase. The facial was really refreshing and left my skin hydrated. Highly recommend it.
