Today visited Versa primary health care clinic and had a very bad experience with the Arabic lady at the reception. It started when my mother crowned fell off and we headed to the clinic at 13:00 today 3 August 2024 where at the reception,a non Arab lady , mentioned that we have to wait for the doctor until 14:00 to know the prices. Then at 13:55 an Arabic lady came with a very unpleasant attitude and and stood at the reception , so my mother went to her thinking that she might be the doctor, and then asked her on the price, her response was very impolite and the way she was responding was very unprofessional and as if we were taking the service for free, this left us nothing but a very bad experience with the team specially that we wasted an hour for nothing waiting for someone to provide us with the services possible and prices and at the end someone treating us in this manner which is not acceptable at all. very bad experience and I don't advice with this place as if they are careful on choosing their front line staff it would made us reach to this point to complain on the clinic. nThis is a reply to the reply that I have received from Versa Primary HealthcarenYou may see that even in the reply they are asking me to call the QMS team where in normal scenarios the management requests a contact to call the patient and find out what was the issue and try to improve, this shows that the team handing complaints and improvements do no even care on improving or rectifying the issue so it doesn't repeat again
