The doctor was very professional and made me feel comfortable, without pressuring me into any unnecessary treatments. nAll the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful whenever I had questions. I spent a long time looking for a good clinic to treat varicose veins in Dubai. Everywhere was expensive and I was not satisfied with the way the appointment was conducted: nothing was really clear, what the problem was, what the solution was. They immediately imposed an operation. I went to Venocare on the recommendation of a friend. I got an appointment with Dr. Samir and he explained everything, showed me an ultrasound, did not try to sell or impose anything. He recommended taking a course of herbal medicine and then decided on the operation. The course of treatment took four months. The result is excellent, now I can wear skirts and go to the beach. I really liked the informative and responsible service. I recommend Dr. Samir to everyone.

We had a confirmed appointment for my friend, and despite traveling a long distance, the visit turned into a complete disappointment. nud83dudd34 The doctor falsely claimed that if we cancel the insurance survey, we will not get approval again or it will be very difficult -- this is completely untrue and highly irresponsible coming from a medical professional. Making such misleading statements to pressure patients is unethical and unprofessional. nud83dudfe5 Dr. Samir Issa's attitude was extremely disrespectful. He behaved as though the patient was beneath him and should just follow his instructions blindly. It felt like he expected obedience rather than giving care -- completely lacking empathy or basic courtesy. nu26a0ufe0f Even though the reception had confirmed our appointment and told us to return in 45 minutes, once we came back, the doctor refused to see the patient, saying others were waiting -- again showing total disregard for the patient's time and the agreed schedule. nI strongly advise others to think twice before choosing Vinocare or Dr. Sami Issa. Patients deserve respect, clear communication, and ethical treatment -- none of which we experienced here.
