I have been a very loyal Upp and running customer and extremely satisfied with the quality of therapists. However the reception and back office is doing a very poor job and it is constantly deteriorating (mixes appointment constantly, I ask for some follow up items and I never receive them, everything is all over the place)
I hv been Up & Running customer since 2020 however this time I was extremely disappointed. It was a complete chaos. I was being moved from one physio to another only to find out the other physio left. Was given a osteo who left after one session. Then I asked to be moved to the chiro whom I hv been with on previous visit which required a new insurance cycle.nWhen the person is suffering with pain, these issues cause a lot of frustration and annoyance. I don't think I will return back to this place.

Amazing place… had a great first time session with Holly Nolan !nShe is really good at what she does and makes you feel very comfortable.nnOne sitting and I felt the difference in my lower back and the ankle that she adjusted ..looking forward for my next one !!nnStrongly recommend to book with Holly as you will experience an amazing session ✌🏼
