It has always been a welcoming and friendly behaviour from the staffs and doctors!! I appreciate that.. but last night incident has really got into my nerves!!! A patient with reports are given more priority (without appointment) than to a patient who is there waiting for almost 45 minutes with an appointment!!! If it is so, next time I shall get some reports and walk in atleast I will be given first priority with no waiting time!!!!!!! Ridiculous!nnI work in a health care center too, so I do understand...!! You better make the patient with reports understand that even if they are gonna take u201cone minuteu201d jst to discuss the reports - Either REQUEST the appointment patient to let them in first (thats what is known as MANNERISM) OR make the patients with reports WAIT until all others finish!!!!!

Whenever I call to speak to a doctor they never connect and says doctor will give a call back.. I never get a call back... I have been calling for past 3 days to speak with ENT whom I met last week to discuss my child s matter but no call was received from doctor. Same happened with pediatricians also. Other hospitals they directly connect to doctor if he is free or doctor will definitely call back..
