  I attended a workshop in Al Hilali building of the university. They have dedicated drivers who take visitors back and forth from the parking lot to the building. The building was modern and the lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful.

  Worst experience everrr with the admission team as well as the whole of the staff . Applied 2025 spring semester , got accepted , and everything after was horrible . They did not send me any information regarding my account and my password , which are literally needed to get updates on every single news and email from the faculty . When class registration opened , after waiting for so long for my id and password , i wasn't given an advisor even 2 days after classes registration opened , and almost 3 of my classes got fully booked because they didn't give me my advisor on time , which is the most important and basic step . Furthermore , everytime I'd call and inquire they'd tell me to just wait . and MOST IMPORTANTLY, scholarship decision wasn't made until AFTER first week of class . So i had to miss my first week of class because i did not know anything about my scholarship , so i couldn't pay for my dorm because they don't refund you because they're greedy and they just expect you to pay for it without even you knowing if you'll get scholarships or not or if you'll even stay . WORST administration of my life, if you can pick another university go for it . I never want to deal with this university anymore . And i have proof of all of this

  This review is about United Arab Emirates University located @ Sheik Khalifa Bin Zayed St - 'Asharij - Abu Dhabi. The best way to get there is drive like you are going to Al Ain. It's a huge facility and way updated from the last time I saw it when I was there as student. Went there with group of my young fellows exploring good universities for UAE locals to join. The parking is far from the main building and they deployed pick and drop services from the parking to the main building for free which was good to know. Sadly, the drivers just sit the whole day do nothing and mercy me they are so overweight and big in number which I do not see it serves the purpose or the image of the place. Inside the building no signages or someone friendly to help, remember the building is way over staffed with many Nepalis and Filipinos. The Egyptian security is Big No for this type of places, you need someone willing to help and humbler and available to look after visitors and customer. The whole group decided not to join this and moved to another in Abu Dhabi. Oh The Place Need A lot of Updates from Outside and Good Spotting Eye from the inside.
