Excellent service in very reasonable prices. Went to get my friend tested before his flight in their Al Hudaiba Awards Building branch. The reception staff was very polite and friendly. Place was super clean and not crowded at all. Got the result in less than 4 hours for a very reasonable price. Definitely recommended.

The worst experience I have ever had!nnI am very disappointed with the services provided. First of all, I did a PCR test in EXPO and I didn't get results. After a long investigation, they told me that they lost my samples, due to this issue I missed a very important meeting and flight. Later on, I have got a call from the clinic itself and they offered me to do the test again and promised me that will make a refund of the money. I am still waiting for the refund since the 22nd of December, moreover they ignore calls, emails
I highly recommend Unilabs Dubai Central Lab. The girls at the reception were extremely kind and sweet with me and the nurse who collected my blood, she is the best in the world. Her name is Samar Omer. As I have very bad veins, I always get some bruises on my arms after blood tests, but Samar is so good professional that I didn't even feel the needle prick. Thank you very muchud83cudf37ud83dude4fud83cudffb
