I feeling quite disappointed with the time management at the clinic. My appointment was scheduled for 5:30, and I arrived fifteen minutes early . However, despite my early arrival, I was made to wait upstairs while two other patients were allowed to enter the doctor's room before me. I ended up waiting for over an hour !!! why appointments are even scheduled if they are not honored within a reasonable time frame.But the doctor's job is worth.

The whole experience was perfect, dr Ahmed is very professional and friendly, all the team are also friendly and especially Miss Asma, she is a sweetheart, i felt very comfortable and i really recommand Ultracare to everyone

I went today to have a Morpheus session and I am really happy with every detail of the visit.nStarting by the receptionist who helped me to book an appointment promptly within short time, helped me with explaining all needed details ( payment, location, treatment details..) on the phone.nWhen I arrived everyone was so friendly and welcoming, receptionist, nurses, the lovely technician joy who did my session who took a great care of me throughout the whole session.nWill definitely love to be back there!
