Really great clinic next to the Mall of Emirates. Everyone is nice and sweet, I booked a facial treatment and the lady took the time to take care of my skin, she was very gentle. I really recommend them, and cherry on the cake, there is a groupon deal for a cheaper price ud83eudd73

We have been loyal clients of Trucare for the past 8-9 years, but our recent experience has been disappointing. The receptionist's behavior was unprofessional and rude. nWe inquired about the pricing for Dermapen and Ezal treatments, which required us to call three times. Despite promising to get back to us, she never followed through. Moreover, her tone throughout the interaction was dismissive and unhelpful. nThis kind of customer service does not reflect the quality we expect from a clinic we've trusted for so long. I hope they address this issue to improve their service moving forward.

I have been a regular client for the last 6 years and I have been your regular for various services. Your new receptionist is quite slow, quite confusing and confused and the communication is absolutely weak. I request you to retain MAO, RACHEAL, JANE MAE, Korraine who know your old clients and are quite quick with information & attendance .
